03/12/22 Bass Pro Shops Spring Fishing Classic

The Fly Shop at Bass Pro Shops has generously offered our club a table at their BPS Spring Fishing Classic on Saturday, March 12. This is a great opportunity for us to promote our club and recruit new, local members.

In the past we’ve done this by having several club members tie simple flies at the table (woolly buggers, bend back minnows) and hand them out to interested customers passing by. We chat them up about our club and give them our club summary sheet which has meeting dates, locations, website, and other pertinent club information, and invite them to attend a meeting. We will need several members to volunteer taking a shift at the table to pull this off.  Please see the sign-up table below and email me with what shift you can cover. –Gary Grey
