Saturday, October 3: 10 AM Fly Tying Session. Mike Mattia will be leading this Saturday’s session, tying his infamous foam body spiders. Materials you should have on hand: size 10 hooks, foam sheets cut to ¼’” wide in various colors (or round foam bodies) and 210 Flat Waxed thread. Mike will also be discussing the opportunity for the club to tie up a bunch of spider bodies in various colors tied on safety pins to sell and donate the money to a local program called “Backpacks Of Love” run by Annapolis city detective Taylor Pyles for kids of child abuse.
