Let’s do it! Smithville Lake trip on Wednesday, October 9, 2024! Limited Shoreline fishing available at the ramp however there is some at the dam area. Species available are, Bluegill, Crappie, Pickerel, Large Mouth Bass and Shiners. Kayaks and bass boats can use the launch. We will meet at the shopping center on rt 50 just past Anglers at 6:00am and leave at 6:15am. Remember that PFD’S ARE REQUIRED ON OUR ” ON THE WATER TRIPS!. Fly fishing and spinning gear will work HOWEVER, Fly fishing is needed to enter any of the Largest Fish contest. Please remember on all of our trips to please PUF… “Pick Up Five” pieces of trash and bring it home with you! We can make a difference!
Looking forward to seeing 👀 our members on the water again! Bag lunch or a stop at some place to sit down and tell tall tails about the one that got away! Pictures are always welcome.
