An established not-for-profit organization, Free State Fly Fishers has followed simple formula in its governance as a club—keep it simple so we can keep focused on what we all enjoy—fly fishing! The club is run through a very active set of officers, directors and coordinators.
A formal set of club By-laws, Articles of Incorporation and annual filings of our non-profit status ensure our continued official status. Membership dues are our primary source of income, all of which are continually invested back into club activities as well as investments in local and regional conservation programs.
